DARE TO GO BARE! It's Easier than you think!
Lin did and she's never going back!
Pic above was when he was shod and before Dexter went lame. Then shoes were removed and read story below...

This pic is Two Years after removing shoes! Look at the change in size!
".... He is now crushing rock and riding into the desert with no shoes or boots. I was starting to inject him and I'm sure he would be on the injured/lame list had I not pulled his shoes. He is a three time world champion and I think I am one of the few who show barefoot. You can't believe the FLACK I got in the beginning. However, two years later, his feet are perfect and those NON-BELIEVERS are starting to take notice. He moves better, jumps higher, runs faster and licks his lips all the time. He is one happy horse. Even the trainer that I take lessons from has noticed an improvement in Dexters athletic abilities and stamina. I recently competed in the Craig Cameron Extreme Cowboy Race BAREFOOT and placed top five!" Lin

My horse has crumbly walls/navicular/other problems and they told me he cant go bare, but you say that I should go bare, who can I trust? What is your proof that bare is best?

If you prefer one to one intensive workshops this is for you. Or you can invite up to three people to attend. Plan on two to three hours for one person, and add an hour for each person over two. This depends on how much experience the group has, how many questions you have and how many horses you want to practice on.
$45 per hour includes anatomy and physiology of the foot, wild hoof trim lesson, all about tools, maintaining safety, body positions, hands on instruction and practice, boot fitting, nutritional analysis, hoof analysis and horse keeping recommendations. This can be done in a variety of formats. Some people only need one 2 hour workshop with free email follow up, and others prefer I come out for an hour every month for a while. It is all up to you and how familiar you already are with trimming. Contact me for a program outline.
For larger group workshops see workshop link to the left
